Review of 'Planetsms Digital Monthly Mentorship'
A new mentoring program with a difference
Many new online marketers are joining programs and sites that claim to 'mentor' people to success, So is 'Planetsms Digital Monthly Mentorship' any different to so many that don't provide value, Or is is one of the few that do?
I may be slightly biased in favour of this program - because I have bought products from John Thornhill in the past and he always over delivers and offers great support for those.
After showcasing Johns products, I will endevour to be objective in discussing his new Internet marketing digital mentorship membership product and just look at the facts.

The first thing I noted from reading his site is that John Thornhill, known on eBay as planetsms, isn't just promoting it as another 'make money from eBay' type of product.
He does use his eBay id as part of his credentials as a person qualified to teach others, as well as the fact that he has authored some best selling ebooks, and is an eBay powerseller.
What he says about 'the secret to success' being to follow someone who is successsful at internet marketing can't be argued with, (provided they are teaching what they know and do to make money on the internet)
This monthly membership goes a lot further than just the mention of selling on eBay though.
It claims to teach exactly what John does to generate multiple streams of income from the internet marketing arena in general.
The claims made on the sales page include:
A Digital Newsletter Delivered to Your Inbox Each Month.
In which he claims to reveal methods he actually uses to make money, and admits many of them are not just from eBay.
Audio/Video Training
Whch will show and 'walk us through' what he does and the strategies he employs.

Further 'undefined' help

Almost Guaranteed Income.
Where he is offering to promote members products to his subscriber base, in order to help generate them some sales. (I note he does have some small print in there - only promising to promote appropriate products)
This presumably covers him against any obligation to promote poor quality or non related products?
Finally his price for membership is set at $10 per month. (this is where I believe he differentiates himself from many mentoring programs I have seen - most go for the higher end price ticket - this does seem exceptional value if he lives up to his claims)
For which he also offers a money back guarantee. (presumably with it being a clickbank product - he will have had to offer such a guarantee) Never the less it is comforting that one can 'Try' him out without risk or fear of loss, knowing that if he doesn't provide quality and value he would soon be out of pocket.

So that's the sales page and claims outlined, with a few comments from myself where appropriate.
As a brand new service - time will tell if he continues to provide value...
But I can say this much -
I have had access to his first Video Newsletter and can confirm that he does go into great detail of a strategy he is currently using.
He gives details of exactly how to set it up for maximum profit, with a step by step follow along video that any new marketer could easily follow. Clear and simple and with a full explanation of where he did what he did, how to do the same etc.
He then went further than expected and showed exactly how much income and sales this strategy provided from his own business and also for comparrison, a new marketer with a smaller list and less experience and no product of his own.
I do believe this will help many and was sufficient to justify the first months subscription without any of the other benefits quoted.
So my conclusion so far is that I genuinely believe this could be a valuable resource and it certainly looks as though PlanetSMS Digital Monthly Mentorship will be a keeper for me.
My recommendation would be to join and try it out. with the money back guarantee the small $10 risk is removed.
I believe new and intermediate marketers will find value and benefit in the first issue.
And surprisingly - even many of the more experienced marketers are not using this particular strategy!
So I wouldn't rule it out assuming the low price would mean there was nothing a successful marketer couldn't learn.

I took the plunge just a few minutes ago myself, but was pi**ed at what I saw inside.
From the sales copy I was expecting to learn something from the product, but I was
very disappointed to find the material 'overloaded' with affiliate links. Ewww.
Folks, this is the one thing that you've always heard me get vocal about. If you're going
to put a product out for sale, don't get greedy and fill it with affiliate links to everything.
This may be common practice to many 'marketers' out there, but it's not for this
honest marketer. So save your hard earned money, and don't spend it this time.
On a scale of 1 - 10, I give this product a well deserved 1.

The FMWT Formula
This is a review of "The FMWT Formula," a brand new version of a long running program that was originated around 1990.
The original program was called "The Double Payment Formula," and was based on the reverse marketing concept of generating free traffic.
Reverse marketing is done by the owners of FFA sites when they send their own ads back to posters of FFA ads in confirmation emails.
Once a great way to advertise, the system does not work any more because of the large volume of confirmation emails received every day by FFA site posters. Most of these emails are just deleted.
This situation made it necessary for the originators of the Double Payment Formula program to shut down their sites for six months and completely revamp the program.
What they came up with is going to be a valuable asset to both the advanced Internet marketer and the "newbie." They have added a massive data base of information they call "The Living Library of Internet Marketing Knowledge." They are giving free access to this library and plan to update it weekly.
To make money with the program, you must buy a report for $19.95 and a copy of the web site for $42, which includes life-time hosting. When you resell the report, you get to keep the whole $19.95 less your payment processor fees.
In addition, you get your own page in the report that allows you to advertise any other programs you want to promote.
The addition of the Living Library and the shift in emphasis away from reverse marketing should make this program a good seller and an over-deliver value to the buyer.

Secret Affiliate Weapon
This affiliate program has been around for a long time. Ewen Chia's Secret Affiliate Weapon is a must have for anyone wanting to promote any kind of affiliate program. And it comes with a price tag that just about everyone can afford. Ewen haas become known around the world as The Super Affiliate. Once you pick up this program you can immediately see why.
Ewen is constantly working to improve the Secret Affiliate Weapon. But he does it in a way that doesn't make the original obsolete. I have had this program in my arsenal for a year and a half and if I never promoted it, it is worth the $10 price tag just for the great information it provides. I long ago made my money back. It is a constant income generator because of its low price and solid information. Ewen actually shows you the same methods he uses to make money. A big thumbs up for this one.
Positives:
Low price and good information.
Very few sales emails promoting substandard products.
Easy to understand and follow.
It WORKS
Negatives:
The commission isn't much (around $5.00) But the ease of selling makes it add up fast. To me I would rather have the small commission and sell lots. It just feels better.

Clickbank Mall- Affiliate Review.
Today's review is the first program I signed up for over a year ago. This one has been around a while but still keeps chugging. Jeff Mulligan's CBMall is still one of my most successful affiliate programs. Although there have been several knock offs, CBMall still rocks with me. Jeff Mulligan seems to be a genuine guy. I have never had any issues with product support or email support.
Positives:
Two different price packages make sure there is something for everyone.
Lot of resources to help promote your business.
Payments are through Clickbank so your commissions are always mailed promptly.
Since the system makes use of Clickbank, any product bought through your click bank affiliate link by using the mall are automatically credited to you.
Negatives:
Like most affiliates, you get the sale but not the opt-in. This is not so much a negative as just affiliate marketing.

Adsense Master Plan
For my first product review I have chosen one of my favorite affiliate programs. The Adsense Master Plan is not your typical affiliate program. The author, Kurt Chrisler, goes into great detail on how to locate underdeveloped niches, perform proper keyword research, write content with the search engines and your visitor in mind, gain traffic, acquire one-way links, build Page Rank and properly insert and optimize your AdSense ads.
This isn't your normal hype filled, empty promise style guide. Instead the AdSense Master Plan shows you how to build quality AdSense sites that the search engines love. You will learn how to build AdSense sites the right way without any black hat techniques or Search Engine SPAM.
The amazing part is that the ebook is FREE. I am sure you have found free downloads before as a way to bait you to the larger offer. This one is different. The book alone is more than enough to get you started building your own Adsense empire. I personally find myself with it open in my task bar when I am working on my site. It has been a valuable source of information to me. Here are some of the positives and negatives:

- Kurt is so responsive to questions. Just shoot him an email and he gives you a truthful answer. Not some sales pitch.
- The book is all encompassing. It stands on it's own merits without any additional offers.
- Free courses are an added bonus. Kurt's goal is to see you make money.
- Prompt payment directly to your Paypal
Negatives:
- The One Time Offer is really only shown one time. If a person does not take the videos offered, there is not a second chance in the member area. This hurts on affiliate commissions, but like the name says it is a OTO.
This one gets high marks. Try it out for Free but if you want the videos, you had better grab them when they are offered. :)

Welcome to all my new readers as well as my loyal subscribers who I am lucky enough to have keep indulging me in my expanding Internet marketing business. This blog is for you. I mean anyone who has an affiliate program to promote will be welcome to contact me and I will gladly post a review of that product. Actually, I will post your review of the program.
I welcome any comments, but please be respectful and professional. We are all trying to make some extra cash online and so we should keep it purely professional at all times. And don't expect only gushing reviews. We also want to highlight programs that may not be all they are advertised.
